Corn and Cheese Souffle
1 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon chopped green pepper
1-3 cup flour, 2 cups milk
1 cup canned, corn, 1 cup cheese
(cut in pieces)
3 eggs, 1-2 teaspoon salt
Melt butter and in it cook the pepper. Make a sauce of
the flour and milk. Add cheese, corn, seasoning, yolks of
eggs. Cut in beaten whites, turn into baking dish, buttered,
and cook 30 to 40 minutes in moderate oven.
