One peck tomatoes
12 small onions
3 bunches celery
1/4 cup salt
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoonful Cayenne pepper
Add a little parsley
Cook all together until tender. Strain. Add 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup flour, moistened with a little of juice. Cook and can while hot. Add cream when served.
