Keegan C. Rodgers, Head Baker at the People's Food Co-Op, leads this hands-on and lively workshop.

Summer time is the best time to enjoy frozen treats! Learn basic recipes to make ice cream, sorbet, and gelato at home. Learn how to incorporate fruit and other flavors so you can enjoy a great summertime treat! This session will also include vegan recipes!
