In this lively workshop, led by Keegan C. Rodgers, Head Baker at the People's Food Co-Op, students will learn about basic cooking terminology.
Learn how to read and fully understand a recipe including all the steps, how to scale the recipe up or down, how to plan a meal, and how to prepare a shopping list. From blanching to mincing or pureeing and searing, get the terminology down!
