2 egg yolks, beaten slightly
2 T. lemon juice
1 c. coffee cream ( or 1/2 n 1/2)
3/4 tsp. salt

Beat yolks and coffee cream. Add lemon and salt. Cook in double boiler over hot water until thick. stirring constantly. Can be re-heated.
