Whirlwind Tour submitted by Meginator on August 31, 2017, 2:53pm This book is fascinating to look through even without trying any of the recipes! Organized broadly by region, it offers a glimpse into the types of foods that various cultures use to cap off a meal. The book suffers from an (unsurprising) over-emphasis on European and North American culture, with many recipes that will be familiar to most American cooks (and already present in their cookbook collection), but is worth a look for some of the lesser-known gems.
